Everyone has mental health and we need to look after it. It’s easy for us to ignore our mental wellbeing when we’re busy and don’t have much free time. By the time we realise that action needs to be taken, we can be psychologically burnt out. By regularly checking in and reviewing how we feel mentally, we can avoid burn out and have the opportunity to work, rest and play in a balanced and efficient way. As a certified transformational coach I can support you and help facilitate change so that you can become your best, happiest and most fulfilled self.
What can you expect from coaching?
Transformational coaching is an integrative approach to life coaching which pulls from different types of therapies (such as person centered counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy), and I use this type of coaching to enable you to push past any obstacles or issues you may be experiencing.
In my sessions, we will have a collaborative conversation together so that I can understand what you would like to accomplish and we can talk about any specific goals you may have in mind. We will discuss how you can become more fulfilled in your life and I can help you to understand and build on your resources to enable you to achieve what you want. I ask questions to enable you to think about what options are available to you and I will help you to use your own inner resources to overcome any barriers you may have.
